Ask Your Project Anything. Get Answers in Seconds. Act on Them Instantly.
RDrive RPilot is the AI assistant built into RDrive. Ask a question in your own language – English, Arabic, Chinese or any other – and RPilot works through your live project data to answer in the same language, in seconds. It can create and update records for you too, always within your existing permissions, so your team spends less time searching and reporting and more time delivering.

Meet RPilot
How It Works
Open RPilot alongside your project in RDrive and ask your question. RPilot breaks the request into steps – working through your live project data – and shows each one as it works, so you can see exactly how it reached its answer. Results come back as clear summaries and tables, with links straight to the matching records in RDrive. Ask a follow-up to refine the answer, or ask RPilot to take the next action for you.
One Intelligence Layer Across Your Project
RPilot connects the information your project already holds – documents, drawings, photos and data from RDrive and connected systems – and makes it available through a single conversation. Use it across quality, HSE, progress, scheduling and handover to find what you need, spot what needs attention and keep work moving, all on RDrive’s enterprise-grade foundation of security, permissions and data governance.

Secure, Controlled and Transparent
RPilot works within each user’s existing RDrive permissions, and administrators can switch it on or off for the whole organisation or for individual projects. By default it uses AI models whose providers are not permitted to train on your inputs or outputs, and everything RPilot produces stays within your project data. Usage runs on a simple credit model, with credit pools that can be shared with the teams and subcontractors on your projects.

FAQs
RDrive RPilot is an AI assistant built into RDrive. It lets you ask questions about your project in your own language and get answers drawn from your live RDrive data, such as programmes, issues, inspections, permits and forms.
As well as answering questions, RPilot can carry out actions on your behalf, such as creating or updating records, within your existing permissions.
Anything you would normally answer by searching, filtering or building a report in RDrive. For example: which subcontractors are furthest behind schedule, which inspection requests were rejected at their last revision, or which defects are due this week.
You can ask follow-up questions to refine an answer, and RPilot keeps the context of the conversation as you go.
Any language your team works in. Ask in English, Arabic, French, Chinese or another language and RPilot answers in the same language, working from the same project data – so everyone on a multinational project can use it in their own words.
Yes. RPilot can create and change records on your behalf, such as raising new revisions for a set of inspection requests. It only acts within your existing RDrive permissions, and anything it creates or changes is recorded as made by you, so you should review it as you would your own work.
RPilot works within the permissions your administrators have already set in RDrive, so users can only see and change what they already have access to.
By default, RPilot uses AI models from providers whose terms do not permit them to use your inputs or outputs to train their models. Inputs and outputs stored in a project form part of that project’s data and remain under the project owner’s control.
Yes. Administrators can switch RPilot on or off for the whole organisation and for individual projects. If it is switched off for the organisation, it cannot be switched on for any of that organisation’s projects.
RPilot runs on credits, which are used as RPilot processes requests. Credits are held in a credit pool for your RDrive system and can be limited to specific projects and teams, including subcontractor teams working on your projects. Teams may also receive a free starter allowance when they first use RPilot on a project.
Like any AI tool, RPilot can occasionally get things wrong. It shows the steps it took to reach each answer and links to the underlying records, so you can check its working, and its answers should be reviewed before you rely on them for decisions about safety, quality, compliance or contracts.
